I won't, because I don't see any point in getting drunk etc. Plus, my parents will kill me if they found out I had even 1 drink! The only problem is, I will get heaps of shit from my mates...

Dave I was in the exact same position last Saturday, it was a BYO 18th and people actually brought extra for me because everyone thought I would be hillarious when drunk. I didn't plan on giving in but I did and one kid ended up supplying me with about nine or ten drinks I think. Before then I had been against drinking but now I see its merits and apparently I was pretty funny too. I had a good time but it was a risk especialy when I was up at about 6:30 the next day to get to the Sydney game. Do what ever you feel is right but the reason I gave in tbh was because all 60 kids had a stubby or can in their hands so I just looked the odd one out, it turned out all right for me but do you think is right at the time, maybe even just take one and carry it around the whole time so people still think your drinking when your not

You guys act as though drinking is on par with sucking the devils dick.

I hated when people would list 'drinking' as one of their hobbies and I hated anyone that thought they were cool because they drink. That was before I started though. :lol: I mean I still hate people who think theyre cool because they post pics on FB of them drinking but when im not fully with it its the best feeling ever. Having a drink just takes the edge off everything. Lets you relax to the max and do things you'd not have the balls to do if you were sober. :cool:
The only negative aspects of drinking for me are not being able to get to sleep until the next night. Having trouble calling a taxi. And the anxiety of having to face someone you ah.. 'offended'? *cough* Usually that last one all works out for the best though, its even better if that person is just someone you see at parties and not at school cause you dont have to face them again until youre pissed and high on dutch courage the next time. :D

Dito, cept im a happy drunk, having fun... Makes me go with the flow though. Last time it was taking a dip in darling harbour lol...
