Wouldn't know his name but I'm pretty sure the Federal minister for Sports was #1 ticket holder one year. Or some Federal minister any way.

At the end of the day the #1 ticket holder is just PR for the club. They do jack shit and most don't attend most games. IRC Eskimo Joe and Julie Bishop have both been #1 ticket holders of one of the WA based AFL clubs. Have a look at thi site for some other #1 ticket holders. At the end of the day it's just a load of wank from the board.

It's not a good thing at all. Thwaite is captain and is far, far superior to Clisby. Already missing Hersi to All Stars (who will probably also be on bench).

A travelling party of 16 has been named, with five of Glory’s new signings, Dino Djulbic, Richard Garcia, Diogo Ferreira, Andy Keogh and Mitch Nichols all included and likely to figure from the outset. Joining them for the trip to Newcastle is Danny Vukovic, Jack Clisby, Brandon O’Neil, Nebojsa Marinkovic, Chris Harold, Jamie Maclaren, Sidnei Sciola, Jack Duncan, Josh Risdon, Scott Jamieson and Riley Woodcock.

Not included in the squad to face the Newcastle Jets are Michael Thwaite, and new signing, Youssouf Hersi, who are unavailable for selection due to their inclusion in the Foxtel A-League All Stars team who will play Juventus next Sunday. Just because you are ignorant of Glory's pre-season does not mean that Glory did not pull out of a friendly because of bad lighting and another one because they didn't want to train. That happened.

I've explained myself and my opinions several times. You choose to deflect and change the subject, or make it about something else entirely, that's your prerogative, doesn't mean people will just actually believe what you write.

Example: I called you out on me not saying anything at all about the #1 ticket holder, yet you chose to ignore that and just tried to slag me off.
