Best: Cricket and tennis. Worst: Finding out this morning that I've damaged my ligaments in my left knee and I won't be playing football this year.

Ouch mate. that would suck so much. IIRC, Tiny did a very similar thing to his knee as well. Best: Gold Coast in a couple of days Best: Had a match at pre-season training last night, thought I played quite well. Worst: Have to finish labeling my school books today.

Tore a ligament in my left knee. Crazy thing is during the game I didn't feel it, but as soon as I stopped playing my knee felt like it was on fire. Go home and it had swollen up a fuckload and I went to the hospital and the doc said I'd torn a ligament. Said no football for the season but apparently I can still do the bouncy at GCU games :S

Adrenaline is a wonderful thing. You don't feel a thing until your body runs out of it. I had the same problem when I snapped the tendons in my thumb. Couldn't feel a thing, but I knew something was wrong when I looked down at my hand and it looked like there was a tennis ball under my skin.

My mate apparently broke his ankle and rib in the same game and didn't realize. I guess the adrenalin masked the pain. He said as soon as he finished though, he knew he'd hurt it badly. Best: Gold Coast tomorrow Worst: Can't watch the football tonight due to having to be up at 5 tomorrow

Best: managed to get the contact details of the owner of a block of abandoned units I want to buy and renovate. Worst: despite them being un-tenanted for over 5 years, trashed and unliveable, the owner's wife told me he wouldn't want to sell them. ](*,)
