And the people who put up the electronic destination signs on platforms had no idea either. Caught a train heading to Bankstown at 11.30....found out at St.James it's terminating at Central. Then had to wait nearly an hour on Platform 22 (perving was good ;) ) for the next train to Bankstown (delayed by an hour) only found out at Erskinville it was terminating at Sydenham. Had to wait a further 45 minutes on the platform at Sydenham to the next Bankstown train. FML CITYRAIL.

ShittyFail is horrid. It's disappointing that a city such as Sydney, which, like Canberra, is perfect for trains, have such a rubbish rail network.
Countrylink ain't much better. It's a two-day trip from Sydney to Lightning Ridge on the train, staying in Dubbo. As a nation, we need to start taking a leaf out of countries like France and the US's book and massively expanding our rail network.
