MvFCArsenal16.8 I have been getting incredibly itchy all over the last few months, it is driving me insane, Ive had to have mum switch washing powder, buy new sensitive skin shampoo and soap and stuff and i have to take a teaspoon of some powder stuff with juice every morning to try and build up a resistance. Legs, scalp, arms and chest just break out in uncontrollable itchiness but the legs, particularly upper thighs and knees is the worst region. Another explanation I have got from my GP is that my showers could be too hot which is a common cause for itchiness or that the shower is actually drying my skin which also results in itchiness. A few nights ago I couldnt even finish my dinner as I was in an itching and scratching frenzy it is so frustrating.

That's probably doing it tbh. I have seriously hot showers sometimes and that'll set me off and I'll get a rash on my arms if it was too hot.
