It's not just the kids. The hospital isn't just catering to sick people - there are healthy people visiting patients there aswell. And lets be honest - the people who shouldn't be eating McDonalds usually can't actually make it down to the fucking restaurant. And if they've got people bringing it to them then the nurses need to stop that.
