Recently started doing weights and my biceps and triceps are dead.

How does it grind your gears??? DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) is the best feeling ever. Massaging your sore muscles, such a good feeling, like stretching when you wake up. Sore arms are nothing to complain about anyway - try deadlifting for back or heavy squats for you legs. YOU DONT KNOW SORENESS UNTIL YOUVE DEADLIFTED. The first time you do them you'll be wrecked for a week. ;)

I wish. The aim is to be just under 100kgs at 6'0-6'1. Im like 6 foot 85kgs now so ive still got a way to go. Should be like 92kgs by the end of the year.
