WGMG: one of my under 16's getting a 5 week suspension, because he swore when he left the field after recieving a bullshit 2nd yellow card. I've always said one of our referee's will get assaulted one day, and this is the reason why.

Our Shire is clamping down hard on swearing. Soooo many people have got 6 weeks for it.

WGMG: People who don't turn up for things because it's raining although there the professional with the obligation to do so and not the student

In our games there is a lot of swearing and no-one has yet been warned. Did they change the penalty for swearing, a player in my team got 2 weeks for telling the ref to f**k off last year.

Lakers destroyed Suns today. They have next to no hope. Celtics are the best chance to beat them. I'd say Celtics are the only team I could follow after Spurs. I have a real soft spot for them. Love watching Ray Allen and Paul Pierce.

It was just in frustration he was walking away from the ref, we're lodging the $250 to appeal it today. And he play's seniors on the sunday, so really it's a 10 match ban. They're really doing all the can to drive people away from the game. A guy from another team only got a 4 week ban for headbutting, even though it was his 2nd red card in 3 games.....really consistent punishment.

Yeh all I know is that refs have been told to clamp down on swearing. IIRC last week there was 20 or so people in the shire banned for 6 weeks for swearing, majority were over 35's haha

I can understand that it's in an attempt to get the kids to respect the referees and whatnot, but it's just going to make it worse if I can get banned for 5 weeks for swearing but the kid who walks over and punches me only gets 4 weeks for violent conduct.
