Don't want to start something here but prefects are just the nerds who aren't popular enough to be school captains/vice captains. They don't do shit. :twisted:

It's alright champ. The teachers decide captains anyways. We all did even amount of stuff, yet they got singled out.

Our School Captain was gay :lol: He came out of the closet and publically announced when he was awarded the captaincy. Being at a Catholic school, the Principal was considering rebuking it, but all us year 12s, several teachers and half the school went on a protest. He wasn't exactly the Principals favorite after that :lol:

He wasn't abused oddly enough, there was this one minute of awkward silence after his speech, then the classic, one person slow-claps awkwardly, then the whole hall sorta catches onto this awkward applause. He actually became a heaps nicer guy afterwords. We had loads of respect for him doing it, cause his fathers a hard-core catholic, and was in the hall at the time. We were all cracking up about his father going home and downing gallons of Holy Water in an effort to not believe his son had come out :lol:

I had a knee reconstruction last year. Interesting trade-off though. Eating, or being able to get up and walk to the toilet without several minutes of strategic planning.
