Scouse's contribution to AF is just lulz. People take their shit way too seriously. Their opinions are just fucking insane, but when someone has an extreme alternate view it all goes to shit.

I'm just fucking sick of the moaning about Qatar even in completely unrelated threads, sure it might not have gone to the deserving bidder but you've had almost a month to get over it and I for one never expected to get it anyway.

As I said at the time, if the USA had won, nobody would have cared. But there's nothing complaining about it will do. Hopefully after Russia something goes to shit in Qatar and they're forced to reconsider.

I can't believe how people take stuff so seriously in there, they just don't grasp the concept of sarcasm, it's really actually kinda funny watching them make themselves look like complete idiots when they take a joke seriously.

People in AF lack perspective on a global scale, and lack the footballing knowledge (bar a few exceptions) to every gain suitable respective to know what is and isn't a tongue in cheek post.

They all need to grow a sense of humour.

This, I'm actually amazed at how many know so little about international football and just focus on the a-league, there is really rather a lot of ignorance on that front.

I just don't get how these people can fail to comprehend the weighting of Australia on a global scale and the strength (or lack there of) of the A-League. It's embarrassing.

Oh yes, standard of the A-league is certainly much higher than that of the Championship ](*,)

That's clearly shown by local sides performances in meaningless friendlies.

Another one that gets me is 'Oh my god, some 16 year old's played one game for a big premier league club's reserve side, he's eligible for England too, let's cap him even though he's no where near international standard yet!

I just find the whole divide between AFers and ETers hilarious. Theres no physical barrier stopping anyone but the crossover between people who go in both AF AND ET.. it just doesnt happen. Kinda like transfers between liverpool and manchester united. I guess its just morally wrong to go in AF if youre an ET reg.
