It hasn't been this cold this early in the year as far as I can remember (which probably isn't too far back). January is usually when it's warmest, but that all depends on the type of year. It could be really warm once it gets to spring.

It could be nice and warm by October/November, but then, it could be just as cold as it is now. It's always a gamble with the weather when you come to NZ, that's half the fun :P

Where I go, we go back for 3 days which is today, tomorrow and Wednesday. then have a week off and go back next Thursday. So stupid. Only half our class was there today
