Hey mate - a JP doesn't need to be a judge, can be police officer, doctor, bank employee or alot of people volunteer and register to become one etc

Yeh I'd imagine there'd be! And if you don't feel comfortable calling these randoms, you can always just go to the Police Station in Sutho or Miranda (dunno whereabouts in the Shire you are) and they can do it for ya aswell.
