Its only going to be a big deal before hand if you make it so; unless you didnt think much of this guy when you met him one bit. But thats another story. He's fine from what I know of him. I'd have to see about the whole borrowing a dress thing, I'm not sure where I could get one from that'd fit me. It's just I'm really stressing out about exams as I need to ace them this year or I won't be able to go to uni.

Then youd definitely want concentrate on exams, and just treat the ball as one of those things that you will do if you can get around to it. Because compared to getting into uni, it is.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realise it had to be a life or death situation to be able to post about it. And I don't know what you think, but I see not being able to go to uni if I don't do perfectly in exams as a problem.

But it isnt, on that note is it essential that you ace these exams?

Yes it is, because I need to get a scholarship if I want to go to uni, and these are the marks that will be getting looked at. No pressure right.

Isnt there something like the changes they brought to university fees in england where you have deffered payments that are repaid after you have completed your degrees and got a job? that might be an easier option to explore, if they have it in NZ, not even sure if they have it in Aus for that matter. Is the ball after or before exams?

The ball's a couple of weeks before mocks, real exams aren't until the end of the year.

You've made a commitment to this guy...if you don't go, he's gonna be shattered. If you can deal with that go ahead. And if you've got a couple of weeks before mocks, you can still study then.

The worst thing you want to do is burn yourself out studying. And study is boring, so it's good to have something to look forward to, that keeps you going.

What evidence do you have of that? Are Victory fans going to stop turning up?

@afro mv never used to publicly annouce anything about players. hell they took 4 months to annouce we bought carlos! I would rather have us let the media speculate rather than us state yes we are chasing kewell

Cernak, Rojas and Velaphi all arrived with minimal fanfare. How you can say the club is being unscrupulous based around one high profile player is beyond me. Especially when it's such a high profile player like Kewell.

WGMG: People on hattrick who raise players by obscene amounts. One player I'm looking at went from 30,000 to 300,000 to 1,180,000 to 2,000,000. The last two bids were by the same guy.

I hear they've invented those places, you know where they stockpile all different types of food and you can walk into to one and like buy heaps of really cool food....can't think of the name of them right at the minute now though. ;) Edited by Joffa: 6/8/2011 04:41:39 PM

WGMG: Was gonna watch the Bledisloe at a mates place but he seems to have dissapeared of the face of the planet (in other words at his gf's house)
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.
