WGMG: Being ripped off by internet providers because of where I live. 10GB onpeak broadband a month is not enough for 5 people. If the connection station or whatever it is called was 1km closer I could get unlimited broadband for cheaper.

WGMG: Student teachers. Bloody useless, it's pretty clear that everyone in the class is totally pissed off with him and his inability to teach.

I always hated how students never got any right of say in college - we knew which teachers were good and which weren't, yet if we took it up with the teacher we were disciplined.

Me and some of my friends have tried to tell our proper teacher that the student teacher is hopeless at trying to explain stuff, as he doesn't know how to break it down to our level. There's not much he can do about it though, but it's just ridiculous as it's so close to mock exams, and we're learning this topic in about half the time we usually get as the RWC has fucked up our entire school year.

You can always still go to the Oval once a year, and just do 100 meter sprints, then do a couple laps round, then sit in the grandstand/hill and yell out war-cry's to nobody in particular, and give yourself a "I ran in a race" ribbon. In addition you can slap coloured zinc on your face. You might get carted off to a mental institution, but still...

It's a sweet little comp. Really nice after work, pretty relaxed feel. Although we nearly ended in a punch up against the team we played in the Grand Final. :lol:

WGMG: Can't drink at the moment cause I'm on anti-biotics. This means I can't drink tomorrow night at my mates 20th. Probably good, as it'll save me a fortune since we're going to Home Bar. But it's still annoying. Also I'm on another weeks worth of anti-biotics.

I know right! And it's meant to be mixed teams too. As far as I've searched, there aren't any all girls ones for people over the age of 14 :(

thats wierd, in our futsal comp last season their was an all girls team in it, even though the rest were all boys and there was an actual seperate girls comp.

IMO it's not fair if they place restrictions on the number of girls allowed on the field, but you can have a team of only guys if you want. Grrr, it's really annoying because I don't know of any guys to make a team with that would actually want me on it.

It's not really sexist, There's every reason for that rule. In mixed games it stops teams with 4 or 5 girls being bullied by teams with more males in the side, it also stops the teams with more girls from having a numerical advantage in the attacking third, since male players can't enter the forward third.

You won't find an all-guys team competing against a mixed team.
