Go to Hungry Jacks', their breakfast menu starts at 4 or something IIRC.
I can't stand the mcdonalds breakfast menu anyway...except the Deli Bagels. Those things are quite tasty.

WGMG: After running training yesterday, had my first gym session in about three weeks. We had an upper body session yesterday. I have not done upper body in a very long time. As a result, my arms are so fucking sore today.

I dunno why people go to the gym and then complain that their muscles hurt. THAT'S THE FUCKING POINT! If your muscles don't hurt afterwards you're generally not going to achieve anything.

Did some weights and core work this arvo. Hope I wake up with my muscles aching tomorrow morning. That way I know I was doing it right. WGMG: My lower back has been so sore for the last few weeks. Having trouble getting into a comfortable sleeping position. Can't even run about 1.5kms without it killing me. Got referred to have an x-ray on my back. Better not be anything serious. If it means I miss the season, there will be copius amounts of rage. This is some pain I could do without. WAGMG: I'm going to have to take a half day of work to get this x-ray.

Normally I sleep on my side, but lately, I've been sleeping in whatever position gives me the least pain.

Quite old, actually. I have thought this is possibly of the cause of my back pain. I plan to buy a new matress ASAP, but it's hard finding time around work (during business hours). Strangely enough, despite how old the matress is, it's only in the last few weeks I've been feeling this pain.

WGMG: High maintenance women. Quote:Strangely enough, despite how old the matress is, it's only in the last few weeks I've been feeling this pain. It'll come out of nowhere from progressive damage. Get a new mattress before you panic.

Yeah i'm just throwing it out there, I know this might sound a little crazy, but you know it might just NOT be the mattress... I suggest you get it checked out first before jumping to the expense of buying a new mattress! Because unless you get a good one, you may as well just keep your old one for all the difference it will make. And by a good one, i'm talking one that costs at least $1,000+

WGMG: I have this weird ass cold where only my left nostril is blocked/runny causing only my left eye to be watery. Been like it for days, right side of my face is perfectly fine! Starting to think it might be some kind of infection, why else would it be isolated to one side of my face??

Yeah they come out of fucking no where! Just ask a center back defending a 1-0 lead in the 89th minute!

My nostrils/nose has been constantly blocked for about 4-6 minths straight. My vision has also gone retarted in the last few months which may have to do with me being in my Ipod in pitch black...? Need to get that stuff checked soon.

Yeah, sounds like you got some sinus problems dude, you'll probably find a simple course of antibiotics would clear that shit up and you'll be wondering why you put up with it for so long...

My family has a history of sinus infections etc. so yeah that's probably the reason. Seriously have not breathed easy since I was in the Swiss alps in June!

I'd lol if it was pollen from the swiss alps causing infection.
