Stream is on the corner of a large white rectangular box, part of it being covered by the chat room which has a link at the top entitled "Hide This". The link takes me to a page which asks me to sign up for $10 a month. Then there's the scam button popping up at the bottom off the screen.

They're normally quite good, but I think Foxtel has caught on in the last few months. Nellie used to do a fantastic stream, but that got pulled. About 3 people have put one up, and it gets pulled a week or two later.

Try not wearing shoes at all. Feet aren't designed to wear shoes. A lot of foot problems are caused by shoes inhibiting natural foot movements weakening the muscles which causes a lot of foot and leg pain. Walking/running barefoot allows you to strengthen the muscles again to what they should be.

If you don't like walking around barefoot try toed shoes like these.

Those shoes are a great way of labeling yourself as a tool, too.

Especially when you wear them while you are also wearing thongs like my Dad does sometimes.

This is exactly why I don't bother with AF. Victory fans are by far the worst. They know the answer to everything, but contradict themselves every 5 minutes.
