WGMG: Training tonight. Did a lot of fitness work. Which is good in a way, but it still hurt. One of the most physically and mentally demanding sessions I have been involved in.

WGMG: Had a bit of a tickle in my throat for the last week. Yesterday it exploded into a full blown throat infection and it's fucked. Can hardly talk.

WGMG: Waking up early to make breakfast in bed for the missus, stood up, instant pain in my big toe. Made breakfast anyway, gave it to Shan, then fled to the hospital. Broken big toe. Fan-fucking-tastic.

WGMG: Have a important trial at my club but feeling really shit. Light headed and just got no energy. I have to attend this because I missed the last trial due to the MV match last friday. I feel so shit but I have to go! Fuck.

Just got told that my Nan has cancer in the eye. I've been in a very poor mood right now and my minds on other things.

Not a clue. Since my Mum died the only link to my Nan and late-Gramps has been over facebook with my cousins in England so information doesn't get to me often enough.

WGMG: Being sick. Had 39.3 temperature last night so it means I'm staying in bed the whole day, which doesn't really seem that bad. But we have this program in the city and we can basically fuck around for the day.

My mate has left 2 wallets and 3 phones on public transport in the last year. Unbelievable. He's the only Mexican in history to get OFF public transport with LESS valuables than when he got ON.

WGMG: Was having a great night last night, went out to dinner with a smoking hot female friend, chilled out, had a few drinks and then went in to work...then EVERYTHING went to shit.

About an hour before we closed we're informed that a small-time coke dealer who we'd previously banned was out the front because his banning order had expired that day, we let him in and he didn't cause a problem until it got to closing time...then he arked up, blamed me for the time he was banned and threatened to kill me. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but this guy has serious Napoleon Syndrome (he's about 5'2") and thinks he's fucking Al Capone. He's also incredibly stupid. Stupidity and fear are a dangerous combination as it is without having a Jack Russell complex and I'm worried he's going to try something.

This is the first time I've been genuinely scared in quite some time. I've had about 3 hours of broken sleep.

Yeah. I'm thinking about taking off to do Ski season until the heat cools off. This being the second incident I've been involved in within the last 10 days is definitely bothering me. And I can see I've got a few grey hairs coming through.
