WGMG: Driving an empty ute in heavy rain. Aquaplaned and went sideways around all of the roundabouts and most of the corners I went through today even when I was going as slow as I possibly could.

My mate had a concrete block he used to put in the back to add some weight for days like that.

I'm expecting to meet some new people who "have always been" Man City supporters , much in the opposite way that everyone followed Leeds when I was a kid, now I barely hear their name

WGMG: Went to see The Dictator last night (great movie btw), we get in, movie is about to start and then this young couple enter the cinema with there two kids who were toddlers. I thought it was highly inappropriate to take children that you into the movie but the most annoying part was them running around and screaming during the whole thing.

I've cracked it at a couple letting their kid run around in a restaurant on Acland street once. "Listen lady, I didn't pay good money to sit here and have my meal ruined by your child running around. If you can afford $40 a plate for a meal, you can afford a babysitter for a couple of hours."

Jager bombs, Mint slices, gummy worms, lemon cheesecakes, black sambuca, Tequila, all that jazz. I'd had 12 shots by 1.30 and I was still cruising...lost altitude not long after that though  I believe it was Oscar Wilde who said "I am not young enough to know everything."

That hang over of yours will be a good lesson and many more

That hang over of yours will be a good lesson and many more  I don't have that kind of range to choose from in the bar I work in  It's pretty much all gaudy shots and the like. It's a pretty crazy kind of bar. At a guess I'd say I'd have had 30 shots and a joint or two by the end of the night. And a couple of ciders thrown in there for good measure. Thanks KC :)
