It could have been worse you didn't do it 3 minutes into the first game like my teams goalkeeper did, warming up in the 2nd game like my brother did or half an hour after you got selected to play for the NSW rep side like my cousin did.

Do you have any idea how long before you can run on it again?

2-3 months

My cousin had knee reconstruction. Has the brace on for about 4-6 months and is out for a full year of any physical activity before he can get back into light training.

Yeah mate I was there. He wasn't the worst ref I've ever seen but IMO the red card was very harsh. Sure it was a foul but the guy didn't have the ball on a string, plus the ball was headed towards the corner flag at the time of contact. To add to that, there were 2 jets defenders headed towards the goal line. For me, yellow card for sure but not a red. In the second half Olympic seemed like they just shut up shop. The 10 men held most of the ball but just couldn't break them down. The youth team did themselves proud, showed a lot of character to fight like they did as not let it rattle them for the rest of the whole game.

WGMG: Sleeping 7 hours from Friday to Sunday, getting home, crashing harder than Lewis Hamilton...and then waking up after 7 hours sleep and not being able to get back to sleep.

WGMG: Not much is going right for me. I feel like I should be strong enough to take a breakup at this age.

Entirely untrue. You can eat as healthy as you want, if your daily carb intake is more than you're burning you can still put on weight.

Then you shouldn't be eating that many carbs.
