hopefully its nothing serious. ive always had asthma, just seems to have gotten worse over the years. used to use a pump for sports but it seemed to make it worse for some reason. never had asthma bad though, never needed to use ventolin until about 2 years ago, well according to the doctors at least.

It doesn't sound like anything serious. If you were coughing up blood that would be a different matter.

Could be down to dietary or hormonal changes.

I feel so terrible all the time, I'm sick of my life. I'm lonely and depressed and I don't have anyone to talk to. My best friends have all but ditched me for my whore ex-girlfriend and my parents don't want to listen to my problems (every time I talk to mum it's always 'I'm sorry but I can't help you') and I'm sick of my stupid body. Why the fuck did I have to be born with pointy-ass ribs and a sunken fucking sternum, fuck me. What's worse is I know all this shit is petty compared to what other people go through and so I feel even worse for feeling bad about my pathetic self. Even when people tell me that I have a right to want to fix everything I just can't make myself feel ok about it.
