WGMG: Can't sleep again. Second time this week. Haven't had this problem in years.

wgmg: i think i'm getting old. when my routine is changed, i fxxx things up & feel anxious.

eg - yesterday i got home from work, unlocked the door, then noticed that my olds had left some of my niece/nephews xmas presents outside my shed so i'd put them inside & hide them for xmas. i quickly did that, then went about my business as usual in the arvo/night. this morning i'm doing my thang, about to walk out of the house to work, and can't find my keys. look in the two places they're only ever left, and they're not there. went outside to inspect my car to see if i'd left them in there, and they weren't. turns out i left them on a table outside, when i'd left the door yesterday arvo to go do the shed thing. it rained last night. central locking no longer works.

What have you tried so far?

Spent about an hour meditating, and I'm out of Valerian tablets - which didn't work last night anyway.

Take a bath? That always seems to make me sleepy, so does just listening to quiet music while I'm lying in bed. Otherwise watch the Phoenix play. Between Andrew Dewhurst's voice, and our inability to string two passes together, you should be put to sleep pretty easily.

You need a 9am scotch :d
