WGMG: When some fuckwit bails from the only vehicle on the map in BF3 and lets it get stolen by the enemy. Just lost a round we would have won if it wasn't for them having our lav for 90% of the time. :<

WGMG: Blenheim chose to not have a proper fireworks display this year. Should have driven up to Picton. Fuck you hindsight.

I got told it was a NYE party, where it's really a NYD BBQ. FFS I would have stayed in Melbourne and caught up with the Newy boys, then gone to the Heart game. So, I ended up spending my night watching 'Banged Up Abroad.' Even missed the countdown for the first time in many, many years. And no, 'Banged Up Abroad' is not a porno.

I was busy dying of a migraine and hating on all of my neighbours for having fireworks

WGMG: NYE has to be the most overhyped night of the year, I'm a worthless lazy student and thus waste my time and money going out and drinking too much so this should be right up my alley but fuck me I hate NYE, there's just that stigma that it has to be a big night and it rarely delivers. I enjoyed catching up with mates and the excuse to drink but once we got into town after midnight my enthusiasm just evaporated, always seems to be the case for me at new years anyway.

Edited by benjo: 1/1/2013 09:31:49 PM I hear this so often. Never bothered me working in the food/confec ailses in retail. Though, when I was hungry, I'd extend the box cutter further than necessary when opening the box and eat the damaged unit as I took it to the shrinkage bin. :P I was in management, wouldn't recommend you attempt that.

The worst thing is when I'm doing the juice ailse, I start craving a glass of OJ like no tomorrow.

When I was working mornings I had to do quality control and I'd often write off a punnet of perfectly good strawberries and save them for my break.

wgmg: the shitstorm that is returning to work. apparently its cool for all the project managers to take holidays over xmas, but when they come back to 20+ emails from customers demanding shit asap they decide to take it out on us for not already having done it, even though we did not know the work existed before now?
