Was in Vietnam a couple of years back and look out the window of our car and a lady is on her scooter, kid sitting on the back, legs crossed playing a gameboy. #-o

Further to the above, I was last in Asia in 2006/7 and quite often we'd get lifts on motorbikes at some speed without a helmet and only in shorts, t-shirt and thongs.

It never hit me til ACA's 'Bali - Shock and Horror!' type reports how stupidly dangerous that was.
