WGMG: So my friend has been staying at my joint the last couple of days, she was meant to be flying back to Adelaide. We slept through ALL SIX alarms that were set and so she's missed her flight. Balls.

WGMG: The rapidly deteriorating quality of coffee at Uni. It used to be good, but my theory is because this excuse for a University is deciding to hand out free fucking ipads to new students, they need to save on other areas. It's obvious as hell the coffee is taking a hit - a regular cup now has about half a shot, if that. Just ordered a double-shot flat white and it's the same strength as a normal cup of coffee should be.

That and they've fired most the barista's - especially all the good ones. You used to have about 3 making coffee for the 9am rush, now there's just 1 girl who barely knows the difference between a coffee and rocketship.

There's going to be riots and war if they dare raise the prices, too!

They've also cut back on the teaching departments to cover the costs of free ipads for the freshies. Got a couple of friends who've mentioned they've dropped certain subjects and fired teachers to accomodate.

Sounds like Griffith Uni on the Gold Coast. That and they replace teaching staff you can understand with staff you can't understand that are cheaper.
