This so much. I hate when El Classico is on. People carry on like its the biggest sporting event ever.

El Classico may well be one of the most important games of the season in terms of the significance of the result, but it's a terrible game for the neutral.

WGMG: something majorly shit is going to happen today.

I'm not one for magical signs and predictions and stuff - but there's one thing that clearly sticks out in my mind that something bad is going to happen.

You know that dream where you roll up to school & you're naked? Well I've had that dream three times in my entire life. The day after having it the first time, one of my school friends was hit by a car & died. The second time I dreamed it, the next day one of my mates was kicked out of home & disowned by his family for informing them that he was gay.

I had the same dream last night. So something bad is happening today

WGMG: My second bartender tonight decided to do a no-show. Couldn't get in contact with her, haven't heard from her. So I had to run the whole bar on my own. She has a reputation for being flakey but we gave her a chance. Not impressed.

So far I've had a can of soft drink from a vending machine spray all over me due to being shaken up too much, but that's about it. Let's hope that was the worst to come :lol:

WGMG: DHL. Cunts were supposed to deliver my package yesterday, and to top it all off I check the shipment tracking on the DHL website and I get this message "Delivery attempted; recipient not home" at 6:52 pm last night. That's funny, because my mum, dad and sister were all home and no one turned up. Clearly just a driver trying to cover his own ass for not getting around to doing it or just couldn't be bothered at the end of the day.

So got the same fucking message again "Delivery attempted; recipient not home" at 4:48pm. Never mind the fact that I've been home all fucking afternoon.

Dude, they're like 80 cents :lol:

I actually caught our DHL guy coming up to the door, not knocking and just leaving a card. His face when I asked where my package was was priceless :lol: :lol:

:lol: when I called them they then called the driver and he tried to claim he left a card both yesterday and today when my mailbox was fucking bone dry :lol: Apparently they're sending it out first thing Monday morning. They better fucking hope I get it this time.

We had the cops do a random drug raid on Friday night. It was like a blitzkrieg. 2 vans of Riot Police, 4 dogs, 3 inspectors and about as much courtesy as a lad on a bus. They even came behind the bar and down into the cellar and made the dogs sniff everything. They didn't find anything though - not that I'm sure there was anything to hide. :lol:

Somebody must have given them a tip off about someone or something. I get the feeling I might know who they were giving a tip-off on - but he doesn't work in my bar any longer.

250g of steak is more than you think. It's roughly the average porterhouse fillet size. Probably the restaurant are cutting their steaks 50g under size.

WGMG: major moral dilemmas. In Australia, I've only ever had my hair cut at one place. It costs me $37 per cut, i'm usually quite happy with it and they treat me like family. My issue is that I'm trying to save some cash at the moment and there is a place opposite my work who will do it for half that much.

The main reason I'm being tight is that I don't want to get that much done, just a tidy up :lol:

It's a haircut ffs :lol: I can't believe you're paying $37 for it in the first place.

Yea it wouldn't surprise me, only giving me a handful of chips didn't help either. :x
