WGMG: Such a nervous wait over the next couple of days to see if I've won 10K from Fantasy A-league. Finished second, but the guy in first isn't an Australian resident so he's not eligible for the prize. Hopefully it goes to me. [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o< [-o<

Potentially winning 10K grinds your gears? Jeez your a hard man to please :d Ha, I'm just so close, would be crushed if I don't take home the prize. :( Also sucks that the rules aren't specific in a situation like this this. For me it sounds like that they have to award an Overall Prize. Good Sign. Although for a different circumstance "It will be awarded to the participant with next highest number of fantasy points" Is a positive sign. That doesn't sound good but from above "only permanent residents of Australia are eligible to win a prize" so surely that means the guy in first can not be deemed as a prizewinner so this doesn't apply in this circumstance. If the guy in first is not eligible as a prize winner, surely someone else has to this.

Will you be sending half the prize money AfromanGT's way, for asking his advice in his question thread. I'd say he deserves a few rounds of free beers, at the very least.

That's unreal news, RB! Hopefully it comes to you!
I know that fantasy teams chop/change each year but which players would you say were your mainstays, that you used all or most of the season?

WGMG: Work. Really hate this place now. Im just surprised I haven't punched my manager or anyone yet. I asked for a more prominent role and stuff, the boss said I need to show initiative and that I want to progress. So I said no problem. Started doing that, but for them that meant they could take advantage of me. Now they just ask me to cover shifts for those who cant make it. Sometimes im at work and they ask me to stay longer. Sometimes I get a shift on Friday night and then Saturday morning. I had to give up my football reporting because they introduced a new roster policy and are not letting me have leniency for weekend night shifts, even though when I started that was not part of my initial contract. Up till now I have not heard anything about being offered the chance to progress. I have even shown my capabilities by proving I know more than most especially in supervisor commands, by learning by myself from watching the supervisors and what they do. I

I'd say Reddy, Troisi, Smith, Ferreira, Broich, Berisha, Roux & Taggart were all there for most of the season. Carney, Franjic, Flores, Despotivic, Nichols, Finkler,Carrusca, Theo & ADP due to injuries, byes & cost weren't in my team for that long but they were great as well.

So what's the deal, is the person who came first a New Zealander or something?
I would say that if that's the case, and he/she isn't an Australian resident, that you'll be given the prize.
