Work out man. Go for a run, ride a bike, do some body weight exercises :)

I would, but I'm going to my auntie and cousin's combined birthday party thing, so I was hoping that someone would want to talk so I could pass the time.

Go do some pushups. Serious. If you haven't done them you're going to suck at them, but you only need a small space for them. It's a start.

Push ups
Squats
Burpees

Start with doing pushups on your knees to build up strength if you have to. That's what I've done and I've progressed to be able to do ~10 proper ones with good form.
Any kind of body weight exercises are quick and easy to do, and even if you just do a couple of sets of 10 a day of different things then you'll notice a difference because it all adds up. Exercise doesn't have to be a massive chore, you just need to make a habit of it.

Making excuses doesn't help.

Just running with this, salmon theres a good site that's called hundred pushups, that's a 6 week program for any level to develop strength in a short time (its not something I would give someone in a designed training program but its a good basic thing to work with that anyone can use)
