How do I stop before I have no bottom incisors left? Stress and anxiety can cause it but it's a good idea to go to a dentist, if you get ear infections or other ear problems that can cause it and before i was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia i had been to a dentist and they thought i had tmj cause they thought my pain was from teeth grinding so tmj could be a reason. As for stopping it, not really sure, you may not notice that you actually do it during the day, try to pay attention to see if you do it when youre concerntrating on something, if you notice you are you can put your tongue between your teeth, do it long enough and you will do it in your sleep automatically. It pays to have a wife in the dental field. My other wives are useless.

Get your old therapist to write a detailed letter so you can take it along with you when you see your new therapist. Maybe even ask if your old therapist would take a phone call from the new one

For all I know my next therapist could just put me on a bunch of pills to "fix" the problem.

Just don't like changing stuff like this, is all. Start going to Vinnies/Salvos. You can still find good stuff there. Lots of people do it now but I started doing it around 13 years ago and easily amassed over $7-$8 gran worth of records with about $200.

There's an op shop and a Salvos literally a stones throw from my high school, will swing over there after school and see what they've got.

Sometimes some gems in there. Start learning about women's clothes too, haha, when you can point out a $200 dress that they're selling for $2, the that's some sweet eBay profit.

LOL Mrs Scotty prides herself on her op shop finds. She'll active brag about only paying $2.50 for a dress.

Don't think they'd have video games, but I'll check. If Salvos have The Simpsons Hit and Run, I'll convert to Christianity.
