"Ticket Prices Hit Roar Nerve"
About time 442 writes story concerning fans. We want more stories concerning fans and how they can help together with clubs to increase attendances to the A-league games. You should do more research and put more stories concerning off-field issues the A-league is facing; and maybe us fans can help you in some way through research feedback. 442 create questionnaire on off-field issues and present feedback to the FFA. We are the one who make this game happen and very little has been written about us on this site and take this as good-natured criticism. 442 you should devote some of your weekly issue to how fans can help with interacting with each other to grow the game in this country. I myself think and many other would agree that us FANS have been neglected by you, the FFA and other soccer bodies in this country. Remember we want to be a part of this spectacle and not only paying customers
Please get it off your chest and tell us what you think fans

Moved to feedback. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU MATE? WHY HAVE YOU MOVED MY POST? It does not belong to feedback as it is an issue concerning entire A-league You obviously have some personal agenda Mr.POLICEMAN Edited by krijoz: 4/9/2009 02:45:44 PM

Tone it down. I have written about crowd issues concerning the A-league and should be left where I have put it not to FEEDBACK section that nobody reads. This is serious matter Kevin and stop protecting your MODS on every occasions. You have to know they are not always right. PERSONAL AGENDAS

You are offering feedback and making a suggestion. This where that goes, which is why the mod moved it. That's not an agenda, that is their job.
You have already made the exact same post in the Roar thread. Do you want us at 442 to read this? Because if you do, this is where it should go.
If you just want other posters to read it, then we'll delete this and leave the one in the Roar thread and that's it.
You need to control your anger issues. You've turned what you seem to think was a positive into a negative in a matter of seconds and got offside of those who could actually help you.
To make matters worse, if you don't pull your head in, you're going to end up getting suspended.

Yes you raise an A-League issue, but you don't even realise the point of your own post. ↑ Sounds like feedback to me. TBH you're lucky I moved the thread rather than just locking it. krijoz wrote:I have written about crowd issues concerning the A-league And there is a whole [popular] thread that is devoted to crowd issues in AF. http://au.fourfourtwo.com/forums/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=17181Benjamin, some advice would be great. ](*,)

Treats, treats are vehicles you are using against some constructive arguments or what I have written is hurting your neglect of fans in your weekly issue and in general on this site. Football is not all about players it is also about us fans as we are part of this too

Lads I am concerned about the A-league crowds and only the clubs are doing is milking us without asking whether is this fine with us or if we are hurt. My point is; how we all can play part in growth of A-league within Australia WE ARE ALL IN IT TOGETHER

Just a thought Krijoz,
But what you are essentially asking FourFourTwo to do is side with football fans by being pro-active. Now logically, being in favour of their customers could be advantageous from a marketing/revenue angle, but if FFT start siding with the fans on all/most issues, don't you think they as a media outlet could start to lose integrity and maybe even become out of favour with organisations such as the FFA and clubs, resulting in less exclusive material that readers on this site enjoy?
Despite constant accusations of FFT being Sydney-centric, I like FFT's relative neutrality unlike other outlets *cough*Cockerill,
Faily Telegraph
*cough*; they call it as they see it. As they did with the Channel 7-Olyroos debacle, and as they have with the story on Roar ticket prices.

And I'm not quite sure how we can be accused of neglecting fans when we have more than 20 from every club and National domestic competition writing for us, pretty much uncensored, every single week.
However we can always do more - I truly believe fans are what makes any sport - but we will continue to call it as we see it. When there's an issue that needs addressed, we'll raise it.
And if there are specifics people want is to look at, let's hear them. Just make it interesting!

I am not saying FFT need to side entirely with fans; What i am saying is we need more input from you and other football media to rectify some issues facing the A-league (there are many). We need a flow of information from all aspects of the game in order to create common strategy to the game in this country. We as fans are neglected as we have no say ( not enough coverage given to us in mainstream media compared to other codes AFL, NRL) and we are not heard ( as we have no vehicle to be heard and that is reason for my criticism) and my plea to you is as magazine of respect and authority to have us involved more through you to be heard
