Scrolling through the last page or so of the thread for the 1st time and seeing the many joffa questions I thought this maybe appropiate above on behalf of Heiny and others.

If I use a ruler to draw a line is it really a straight line or is it an arc?

Why does Joffa feel the need to start a new post for every question?

If I own a block of land how far down into the Earth can I claim to be my property? And how far up into the sky?

How would I determine wave celerity at a beach?

Can a organisation's structure be changed quickly? Why or why not? Should it be changed quickly? Explain your answer?

What is a step function?

A 15cm long cylindrical glass tube, sealed at one end is filled with ethanol. The mass of ethanol needed to fill the tube is found to be 9.64g. The density of the ethanol is 0.789g/mL. What is the inner diameter of the tube in centimetres?

What steps should I take to design a rotating steel shaft?

In addition to residual stresses and distortion in the final assembly, what other affects can occur in welding?

Why does notorganic have Maxi in his sig?

What is your personal opinion on Viper_0?

Do you personally agree with his opinion and political views?

If you had a harpoon and Viper_0 was in a room with you, what dimensions would the door be, and what brand of lock would you use on the door?

Would you install the lock yourself, or a locksmith?

Have you ever had to call a plumber for a plumbing issue?

Was the plumbers name Mario?

Did he wear a red hat?

Have you seen any female plumbers?

If you saw a dog driving a car, wearing a hat and smoking a pipe, what would you think?

Have you ever dropped the soap in the shower and clenched in anticipation?

What was your happiest moment in year 9?

Most enjoyable moment of the 2012 Olympics?

Have you read, or do you intend to read 50 shades of Grey?

No avdice. I'd just call you a sucker.

Does the song - more so the film clip to 'Call on me' - Eric Prydz make you want to take up Yoga?
No. Nothing could make me want to take up yoga. Especially a video clip featuring aerobics

Has it also given you an appreciation of the quality of lycra?
I've been a fan of lycra since I realised my high school had a cheer-leading team. It's now defunct though

Which is the hottest chick in the film clip?
That's like asking which slice of pizza is the best. They're all good.

With 2 games played, and a loss and a draw, where do you think Liverpool will finish this season? Better or worse than the 8th of last season?
We played well against city. But we still have most of the problems from last season. 5th would be best case scenario

What do you rank Leed's chances of promotion?
If they're going up, they'll have to do through play-offs

How's work going?
Work is crazy as ever. I have to do open tomorrow. I hate opens.

Nazi sympathiser aside, who is the strangest custemor you've had since working in your current bar?
I've had so many weirdos I've had to deal with I'd be here all night listing them.

Have you or your housemates or the Police found the junkie who stole your friends kid?
The matter is currently before the courts. I can't discuss it.

What makes you happy?
The company of a fine woman. Football. Music. Alcohol. Friends.

What makes you sad?
Lack of the above

What makes you do a forward roll in the sand?
I hate sand

When you wake up in a morning, do you drink a coffee to wake you up or make you poop?
Wake me up. Otherwise it takes me about 2 hours to get going

The only time you should have your name on the back of a replica shirt is if you share names with a player.

Joffa wrote:

When you don't comprehend proper punctuation.
Chillbilly wrote:
If I use a ruler to draw a line is it really a straight line or is it an arc?
That would depend on the length of the line, given the earth's natural radial curve.

Why does Joffa feel the need to start a new post for every question?
Boost his post count

If I own a block of land how far down into the Earth can I claim to be my property? And how far up into the sky?
I believe you've got access to claim 50 feet in both directions, but that depends on the council

How would I determine wave celerity at a beach?
The same way you would in any other aspect of physics.

Can a organisation's structure be changed quickly? Why or why not? Should it be changed quickly? Explain your answer?
Structural overhaul always takes some time. People are naturally resistant to change. You've got to keep it quiet while you set up the structure for overhaul so it appears to happen swiftly, reduces the chances of resistance

What is a step function?
Essentially, a step function is a piecewise constant function having only finite integers.

A 15cm long cylindrical glass tube, sealed at one end is filled with ethanol. The mass of ethanol needed to fill the tube is found to be 9.64g. The density of the ethanol is 0.789g/mL. What is the inner diameter of the tube in centimetres?
I'm way too stoned to calculate engineering questions.
So by my calculations it's 12.218mL of ethanol in the tube. Since 1L is 1m3, that's 12.218mm3. So around 0.058mm.

What steps should I take to design a rotating steel shaft?
Take insurance advice from Criss Angel

In addition to residual stresses and distortion in the final assembly, what other affects can occur in welding?
Well, you could burn your clothes off...

I'd think that the effect of the bite would be more dependent on the potency of the venom than the size of the creature.

What is your personal opinion on Viper_0?
I'm as indifferent to him as I am on most of the maggots on here. He's as entitled to his illinformed opinion as anyone else in AF.

Do you personally agree with his opinion and political views?
Anti-Korean propaganda bores me to tears

If you had a harpoon and Viper_0 was in a room with you, what dimensions would the door be, and what brand of lock would you use on the door?
It'd be small enough that he couldn't run out the door with the harpoon and start whaling.

Would you install the lock yourself, or a locksmith?
I'm not much of a handy-man. I'm more the destructive type. I'll leave it to a professional

Have you ever had to call a plumber for a plumbing issue?
I had to call one a couple of weeks ago because someone blocked the toilets at work

Was the plumbers name Mario?
Luigi, actually

Did he wear a red hat?
Blue beanie

Have you seen any female plumbers?
Worst. Porno. Ever.

If you saw a dog driving a car, wearing a hat and smoking a pipe, what would you think?
Someone's been slipping acid in my morning coffee again

Have you ever dropped the soap in the shower and clenched in anticipation?
I use shower gel in a pump pack. I don't think I've ever dropped it.

Unlike yourself, I don't have a uterus so I have no interest in this novel

If you had a child would you prefer them to be a boy or girl?
Why not have both?! Nah, I'd like a son, that way I don't have to kill anyone when I find out they're sexually active.

What would you name said child/children?

The why are you doing it?

Should the government make it mandatory that all new houses be designed with air flow in mind, so that outside drafts can be allowed in the summer to efficiently cool our homes but then eliminated in winter so that so much energy in the form of heat isn't lost due to air leakage or is that just impractical/impossible?

What is the best and quickest way to burn 50kg of newspaper?

Why do so many dress shoes converge to such an impractical point at the toe?

Does a Kookaburra have a wide scanning view that instantly becomes an intense narrow focus on an object once it moves? If so can the Kookaburra focus intensely on two different objects on either side of it at once?

I think houses in Australia are unaffordable enough as it is without even more expensive aspects being added to housing like that. It sounds great in theory but yeah...

Depends on whether you want it to look spectacular or not. I'm a big fan of the ol' kerosene and big flames.
chillbilly wrote:

The idea is to continue the lines from a thin-fit suit to compliment it with thin, pointed shoes.

I'll find a Kookaburra to ask. I'd be more interested to know what it does to its sense of balance having a wide focus out one side of its head and a narrow focus on the other.

Is Arsene Wenger having a party? Should I bring my vodka, and the charlie?

Arsene doesn't seem like much of a party animal, but with a hooter like that you've got to take the charlie.

v-neck or crew neck?

Because I'm not a lad, I don't wear v-neck.

excuse my bluntness (any females here) - what do you recommend for a sexual move that i can use on my wedding night as an ace-up-my-sleeve surprise move, something she hasn't seen before but guarenteed to surprise & impress?

Dude, you gotta superman that ho!

Why when backburning do they only burn the leaves on the ground and only backburn an area once? By doing this they kill all the leaves in the tree which dry out and fall on the ground fresh for fires in the summer.

So they've got something do do over the summer. I've lived most of my life in the city so I'm not really familiar with the ins and outs of back-burning, but I can't imagine setting entire trees on fire is entirely constructive nor practical.

What should be the maximum speed limit on a road that contains traffic lights?

Depends on if there's a school there. 80 if there isn't. 100 if there is. Gotta keep the fuckers nimble.

What are your views on CSG mining?

I have no fucking idea what it is. All I can find is what appears to be videogame jargon which doesn't enthuse me to find out.

I'd be interested to see whether that's just because they were already happier people BEFORE the blowjob  I'm not going to argue with research like that, but there's little correlation between seamen and good health. Shit, there's more protein in an almond than in a load of cum.

On the Kelloggs company's annual finance reports.

For the same reason that a lot of juices do - to stop it from going off. The caps aren't air-tight and because of the high sugar content it goes mouldy. Why they don't use the same kind of seal as Cola bottles, I'm not sure.
