I'm new to this forum so I do apologise if I've posted this in the wrong section. My 7yo is a huge soccer fan; loves to know what's happening in the EPL, A-League etc (I'm sure he is Qld Roar's biggest fan ;)) Ever since he heard that the Socceroos are playing at Suncorp Stadium, he has been bugging me to find out where they will be training whilst in Brissy and also what flight they will arrive in Brissy on and also depart. I have absolutely no idea where to find that type of info or even where to start so I'm hoping (PLEASE!!!!) that someone will be able to help me out / point me in the right direction.

Depends if the squad is having an open training session in the days leading up to the game, they normally do. Football Australia usually put that info on their website www.footballaustralia.com.au. So you can keep up to date on that website.

As for trying to catch the squad at the airport, the players arrive on different days and times, it depends on when their clubs release them for the match and they don't usually tell the public when they're coming.

QLD Roar should also be having an open training session close to the start of the A-League season, I went down to the MV one last season and the kids there really enjoyed talking to the players and getting their signatures.
