First thing that comes to mind is Uruguay 2005 however overall, I think 2006 World Cup against Japan for the simple reason that all my mates jumped on the bandwagon once we qualified and I put up with so much shit for 40min or so once Nakamura scored. I had to physically keep one of the bandwagoning bastards inside the pub till the first goal came. After we won 3-1, he reckoned he loves the Socceroos and honestly wouldn't have left anyway....

Baggio carrying Italy through the knockout rounds in 94, scoring in the last minute all the time to keep Italy going. Shame he was injured for the final.

Grosso's 118th minute goal against Germany in 2006. Never seen my dad cheer for anything the way he did when that awesome shot went in (was probably thinking about the money he had laid down prior to the WC :lol:)

Best WC moment for me was Timmy Cahill's 2nd goal. As his shot went towards the goal, I lost it in the sun, then when I saw the ball in the net, I think I went into shock.

Having been in Germany,,I honestly thought the stand would collapse in the Australian corner at the K Town match v Nippon when Tim got his second -we were all delirious.But nothing can compare to that feeling when Harry got us into the next round.The atmosphere throughout that match with such a large outstanding support that Croatia had, created such a situation that I would find very hard to topple.
