After undertaking extensive statistical analysis of the group I have come up with the following final standings for group D:

Australia    0   2   1     2                         12.5%

I didn't take any history between teams in to account. My analysis took into account the odds of winning the final and then used a stochastic process to generate a bunch of likely group results. This data was then condensed into the table above, giving the most statistically likely outcome for Group D.

Does anyone have a better prediction?

I hope so, because the odds are saying we are a huge underdog.:-#

Well odds have never been our strong point.
