ok. i over reacted for the keeper.
i initially did because i thought he saw it go in and he took it out of the goal before the ref had seen it.

england better get over the mis-chance and get on with it. would have been really interesting at half time if it was 2-2 but a 2-1 deficit aint bad considering how shocking englands defence has been.

Rooney better get into gear if he wants to score this tournament.

im looking to more goals from both teams give me a goal-scoring feast in the next 45 mins haha.

On a serious note, do we actually believe we'll see goal referees now, if not video refereeing?

Bring in Video Referee's, or referee's who are actually not blind or retarded.

I believe we'll see the goal line referees like the Europa League but for that goal it shouldn't be needed the linesman should pick that up just an unbelievable call.

who knows with fifa.. it won't happen in this tournament. The problem i find with the management in fifa is that they still have their heads up their arse... I don't agree with having video refereeing in all aspects c'mon these penalty box shenanigans are really disappointings. this isn't a game of afl where there's a 100 points. 1 or 2 goals could be all thats in it.

asistant goal line refs are at least a must but hey whatever, they say they are listening but pfft whatever mate... wave a bit of money in their face maybe.

A video referee wouldn't have helped there because as les said the ball came back out and play continued. There wouldn't have been a chance got the video ref to have a look.

We need an official around the box to help decide straight away which way the decision goes.

From the look of things, the linesman was too far behind the play to be able to make a decent call. Still his fault. He is either blind or out of position.

Goal line, or behind the goal, refs is the way to go.
