Tks Glenn. I hope that even if we bomb out of the World Cup - which we won't - but if we do, that people still appreciate the brilliant 2010 qualification path for a while to come. I can imagine three years from now we'll all be eyeing another WC and saying "remember Pim!" If we are saying "Bring back Pim!" then we are in trouble. :lol:

As for this group, either Greece or Nigeria could spring a few surprises, and Argentina are never going to be a sure thing with Diego in charge. I call it "The Group Of Unpredictability" with only the South Koreans a reliable bet to perform at their best. I think that will get them though in second place behind Los Albicelestes. But anything could happen here...

great article Gaz, I actually appreciate Pim and his style of play. I would much rather watch these games that we win, than stylish games which we lose. After going to Bangkok and watching how badly we played with our world cup team, it is refreshing to see that Pim can qualify us so easily with a team missing people like Viduka and Kewell (for many of the games). We actually only won two games with Hiddink, so I wish people wouldn't keep pretending that he was so much better than Pim, after all he couldn't get Russia to beat Slovenia which made most Russians extremely angry with him (just read some russian fansites).
