My wife loved it. My favourite film. Acquired taste though.

Saw Moneyball the other day. Great movie, don't have to know much about baseball to enjoy it. Brad Pitt is his usual solid self.

Currently watching the modernised version of Romeo and Juliet in English, it sucks dick to say the least.

The story resonates through all professional sports really.

Romeo + Juliet? It's actually not that bad a film.

Saw 'Any Given Sunday' last week and loved it, Al Pacino is amazing. That put me in a sports themed mood so I watched 'Remember the Titans' which is also quality.

I hadn't seen Titans since year eight when my P.E teacher was too lazy to teach, so to meet the requirements of analyzing racial and gender issues in sport we watched Remember the Titans and Bend It Like Beckham; I miss school

Remember The Titans is a tops movie. One of Washington's best efforts.

It has Leonardo Di Caprio in it. i didnt like it, it has all those older words and it makes it kinda difficult to follow.

I think that's the first time I've seen someone complain about a movie actually staying faithful to the original material :lol:

I find the annoying part to be that it's set in a modern setting, and so they sound like idiots using all of the old fashioned language.
