These 2 B Grade disaster TV Movies I found on my HDD last night. Don't know what I was smoking when I downloaded them :lol:

The worst I've seen are a couple of cheap Wesley Snipes movies, that must have been made on a budget of $32.95.

- The Marksmen. They blatenly ripped a couple scenes out from Top Gun. :lol:
- 7 Seconds. They ripped a couple shoot out scenes from a American TV program in the 90's of which the name of escapes me.

2 dreadful movies, too.

Behind Enemy Lines II I think has a couple scenes ripped from somewhere, too. I think I remember reading somewhere that Bruce Willis' movie Tears of the Sun - the scenes where they show the aircraft carrier, and the F/A-18 Hornets flying over the coast was taken from another movie.

This movie I was watching did the standard thing in Disaster movies of mixing real news footage of damage from storms and such with film from the movie. At one stage I swear they showed that aerial footage of the damage from Cyclone Tracy :lol: and it was meant to be in Chicago.

Why are all the awesome movies on tv the same night?! I am Legend and The Transporter on at the same time. Watched The Transporter because it's one of my favourites.

just wondering if anyone knows the name of this movie. it was shot in nsw, involve a character who is the captain of a a big school and captain of the rugby team who hides that he is also does ballet. a couple of the scenes were shot in manly, others were shot at parramatta stadium and usyd. its called something something romeo. i just cannot remember the name. does anyone here know?

It was called 'Kick'.

It was pretty good actually. Much more intense and complicated (not sure if that's the right word) than what I was expecting it to be. I think I need to watch it again to fully appreciate it though.

If you've read the book - Dan Brown, it is shocking. They changed a lot of the plot and removed too many important bits. It doesn't connect well together.

If you think that's bad, even worse is Angels & Demons. I went to see that, hoping they wouldn't fuck it up as badly, but if anything they fucked it up even worse. #-o

Cowboys vs Aliens was just as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Anyone know anyone who's seen the new Twilight movie? Apparently it's out, and I'm contemplating whether or not it's worth me wasting money on. I'm leaning towards not.

Only teihards watch these films. but according to most reviews of the film all the good shit happens in the first 20 minutes and then its lots of scenic vista's and Bella grimacing in pain.

If you do watch it, there is aparantly a lead in after the credit role for part 2.

I rate these films as I do lord of the rings. Time you'll never get back. Best not to watch them and save yourself the pain.

LOTR was actually good though. Twilight is just awful.

Mmmm. I'm not keen on the whole part 1 and part 2 thing, especially for a film based on a book that has so little substance. I actually read the book and it was crap. Sounds like this is just the most boring bits of it too.

Pine apple express is pretty good too

Seriously though, It is a great film with some of the most unbeleivable shit In any film not starting with fast and ending in Furious.

I like all of Seth Rogans other stuff. I think he's great. However I haven't seen Green Hornet, I'm worried that it'll be terrible!

No it wasn't, it was 9+ hours of walking, talking about walking, getting pissed off at each other and one giant homoerotic sudo-ending.

Speaking of endings, why did it have 5 freaking endings in return of the king? why the hell didn't it end at the subsiquent point of Frodo waking up and sam giving him a gobby?

The hand full of action sequences didn't even make up for all that god-damn do I don't I geez these decision are hard momments throughout the whole film.

All three films made me want to take a drill to my brian like that dude in the end of Pi

Just to clarify...you're asking a forum full of guys if you should see a chick flick.

If you watch it again [spoiler]there are occasions throughout the film where you'll see a grainy flash of Tyler Durden[/spoiler]. The film definitely makes more sense on the second watching and you see a lot of things you didn't quite get the first time.

I read the book before I realised that they all ran along the same stenciled plot-line. The film cuts out even more assumed detail than the book. It was just terrible.

TNH most movies actually suck balls. Like star wars. Im sorry i just dnt care for it.
