Well with me i had a combo with the half/full eng/eng, so that is England leading at half time and leading at full time. Had to win 3-0 for a max payout for over 100, but it was 65 or so if England got the win and the half/full. :x Also picked stevie g to be first goalscorer :d

He ruined mine as well although to be fair Greece had already done the damage as far as my bet was concerned.

It was terrible, but I feel for the guy cos he is going to remember (and be reminded of) that moment for the rest of his life.
England didn't play fantastically, but even at a relatively poor level they still had a little over the USA who many are stating could be some sort of surprise throughout the event. For me it simply confirms that England have great players (GK aside) that simply aren't playing as a team, quite possibly the coaches fault. It also confirms that once USA come up against a good side that DO work as a team, they'll be destroyed. Question for the USA is, how far into the WC is that going to happen?

Dunno what game you were watching. USA were in the game all the way, England never really gelled. Even without that goal you would still have given the USA a good chance to snatch a draw. Watching England's big names fail to score was a lot like watching France the day before. A lot of pressure on these guys. Might augur well for us against Germany!?!? [-o<

Don't think England played too badly. Would they have drawn or lost if Green didn't fuck up? No.

Isn't that the point, Gaz? Scapegoating is a lot easier than recognising nuances and technical issues, so that's what the media (and probably most of the English public) does.

All the criticism of Green conveniently hides the fact that England played crap.
Once again, a team of alleged champions unable to play as a team.
Once again, all the hype for what?
The sad thing is that they are in such an easy group they should still get 7 points (and the USA should get 7 too).
So that might line them up for a nice Aussie BBQ in the second round. Bring it on.

Clearly he had been playing with Becks hair gel before the game, hence the angry stare.
