TBH,the 5 new stadiums ARE ALL ICONIC.A few of them are easily in the top 10 in the world.They were built on budget and way ahead of time.

The biggest problems for the travelling armies were all FIFA made.
1-Match
2-Ticketing

As far as the Vuvuzelas-I never wore earplugs once and never saw anyone wearing them.The perceived sound problems became irrelevant and infact became a unique positive as the culture of its use evolved through out the WC
The ball on the other hand was a big problem
