Actualy, by definition a clothes line is a cord strung between two points with clothes on it, otherwise it's just a cord strung between two points.
This is the context in which the line exists. Whether it bears a load is irrelevant.

Semantics fail on your part.

If say, you asked a question saying "Why are Liverpool better than Manchester United?", it would be perfectly acceptable to go "[argument a], [argument b], [argument c]. Hence, Why Liverpool are better than Manchester United."

My big gripes are with people who use 'text talk' - you're a fucking 'tard if you post like that - or people who can't tell the difference between You're/Your, We're/Were/Where or There/Their/They're. I mean, really?

lol, no. You would say "This is why liverpool are better...". Something like that. If you wanted to use 'hence', you'd say: "liverpool has won more trophies, hence my understanding that they are a better team".
The only time you could say hence and why together is if the hence was used as a discourse particle [serving an important yet non-standard function]. Even then it would be informal/non-standard/not exactly correct.
(You may have me by default here; I dont want to come across as a prescriptivist and so realise that anything is acceptable if the context allows :P)

If you use that same attitude (descriptivist) towards text-speak then you'd know that opting for a shorter alternative when communicating through technology serves a legitimate time-saving function. I do agree however that substituting or placing additional random letters in, eg. mu51cck (music) is pretty much unforgivable. Its only acceptable if youre trying to show some sort of group identity... and if thats the case then I fuck your stupid group.

I cant recall what its called when one brand name is universally used to name a product and its pissing me off.

If you were writing formally, or even an opinion piece, you'd quote the original question or contention, therefore it would be acceptable. It may not be the way you would go about it, but it's an acceptable use of the word. However, I agree with what you're saying that people using "hence why I took a shit", if they're (for instance) retelling an anecdote is bloody annoying.

I completely disagree with that, it takes me longer to decipher your "ur", "lol", "dats gr8", etc. than it does for me to read queen's english, or for the sender to even type it in normal english, especially when all phones come with the T9 function today and people don't use standardised abbreviations, my mother (#-o) uses 'da' to refer to my father, instead of the commonly accepted 'the'. I refuse to resond to text messages she sends me with abbreviations.

I fucking hate it when people say Eshay. I can't stand it when I hear idiots saying on trains, buses, footpaths, etc.

I can't choose which Urban Dictionary definition I think is the most hilarious so here are a few:

1.    eshay
the bunch of maquarie fields bitch boys who think they r king shit and they westie gangsters that have a cleatus accent and have no balls CLASS WAR MUTHERFUCKER
-maquarie fields people are esh

2.    eshay
1. used as an expresion; fuck yeah, yeah, etc
2. sesh - the smoking of choof
1. - man1: oi we are gona jump this cunt over there.
- man2:eshay !
2. - man1: lets go for a esh lad.

4.    eshay
is a penrith expression used by all the ESHLADS.
it simply is 'yes' in piglatin, but with a H instead of the Y.
it is used to refer to these people who think they are this shit in penrith and surrounding areas. they aer identified as the idiots walking around in canterburys, striped polos, usually nautica, and nike tn's with a tiny backpack, and a fag lit in their hands annd then one behind their ear. the original annd only eshlads are the jamison boys who thought of it annd then theres just the retards who think they are esh just cause they wear the same stuff as them annd smoke. usually think they own penrith plaza, ha well they are mistaken. try and start shit but alwasy are like nahh man ill just go get my crew. and then fuck off. then tell their mates oh bro i full kicked the shit out of these fuckers today. when infact they pussyed out.
ermm look at these eshlads in their canterburys and tn's. think they are king shit. ha. eshays

6.    eshay
penrith lad wankers who think they're all tough in their nautica, canturburys and tn's.
check her out, ESHAY!
total massive wankers who are gay

7.    eshay
Eshay, meaing "fuck yeah."
But the people who say it are mostly gay cunts with no life and want attention. These boii's are a pack of drop kicks && need to grow the fuck up.
- eshay i want to go for a paint lad.

2. retarted

A retarded person's way of spelling the word "retarded."
Ex: Han Solo is retarded for making a definiton for the word retarted without knowing how to spell it correctly.
