Ice in wine - white wine I get. It's when they ask for it in red I give the '...OK' look.

Ice in cider is ok, it doesn't have a proper 'head'.

Ditto about the dry spell. Haven't been drunk since June :lol: Have been buzzed a couple of times since then, but apart from that, nada.

I got taken out clubbing not so long ago, not really my scene. I know Canberra nightlife ain't exactly grand but yeah, I think pubs are definitely more my scene

Agree with that. Clubbing is well overrated. Too loud and noisy, you can't talk to anyone, the drinks are way too expensive and every third person has their tongue down someone else's throat. Bars and pubs are way more my thing.

On the other side of that coin, the girls are usually bloody good looking and it's a good way to pick up. You aren't really there to hold meaningful conversations.

I had a nice conversation with a guy outside the gay club in canberra, he had an X wing shirt. The two ladies with him seemed a bit put out I wasn't interesting in conversing with them. They didn't have X wing shirts.

What beer?

Am I the only one who cant stand any kind of beer? Literally hate it so so so much

I'm not much of a beer fan either, prefer cider or spirits. I can drink one if i have to (like at my trophy night, where all they had on the tap was beer), but couldn't go a whole night drinking it. Can only have it in a shandy.

Beer is fucking beautiful. God's necter. Unless it's VB. Then it's his piss that he's brought down to earth for shits and gigs.
