I am willing to volunteer to go into the B-League. I don't want to but if it makes things easier for the game to start it is fine. Plus I think my team could struggle in Div 1 as I don't really have a top class striker as some other clubs do. I think my team would do quite well in Div 2.
So I will volunteer, however by putting my hand up for this I think I am entitled to some form of compensation or a reward:-s

I think its best if two teams who go to div2 are the ones with weaker teams, so to speak
