Same rules for both B and C-Leagues. You hold top bid. You can be raised. PLayer will be yours come deadline.

No, no squads will be benefitting from my Cashed up FFA piggy bank. That's why it's inadvisable that you spend your entire budget here.

Few clubs are self-sufficient right now. Mostly those in profit from the 50m they started the season with. Revolution and Ajax are operating to a profit once you allow for their transfer spendings.

If you are unavailable over the weekend, how will you be able to approve offers for players for players in either B or C-League?

I'll have to come in and assess them when I get a chance. Until then, dont' assume that they've been accepted unless you're upping a bid on a player who has already had a bid accepted.

With Rovers, they lost 3 million, is that before or after any TV income/sponsorships and whatnot? Is it including the transfers in? Meaning that they would actually be in profit as well?
