so if say arsenal submitted a transfer deal done thingo at 5:59 and the FA only received it at 6:00. would the FA reject it or approve it. Arsenal did everything before the time, but its the delay in the message that does not allow for it to show that way.

the way the deadline can be interpreted in this case leaves room for this transfer to be legit. afro has approved which means as of now Igor is in Tassie.

Otherwise I could just wait until the deadline closes, post up 5/10 seconds later and just say the browser took too long to 'confirm' the bid, or timed out, and that it was just a co-incidence that I managed to up the bids by 100k. But since a 'submission' would be considered valid, then all my bids would be considered valid even if the proof of the confirmed forum post doesn't exist.

It's Gooner's responsibility to get his bids in on time. He should've made the bid 5/10/20 seconds earlier.

Instead, he tried to be cute, and it backfired.

He had 4 or 5 days to submit a bid or something.

where not dealing with Arshavin and Arsenal where they were nailing out personal terms when the actual transfer fee had been agreed an hour earlier, Gooner had one thing to do, Arsenal had a number of things... you can't just think in your head, yeah i'm gunna make a bid for whoever and because of that it constitutes a bid in this game, what constitutes a bid is a post, and you can only go by the time of the post to go by it, otherwise there are too many outside factors such as your own internet speed, the 442 server, and your own computer (my computer often just gets confused because i've got so many apps open at once it slows down the operating speed) which can determine the time you hit post... the 442 clock is the only reliable source that you can take
