Who else was nominated and how late are your awards?

Every player was nominated and then the fans vote. The club they did this thing where starting last Monday they would announce one of the top 5 each day.

Song was 2nd followed by Rosicky, Koscielny and Arteta.

100% agree with that, thought Song had a blinder of a season.

We conceeded 49 goals this epl season... our worst for years. In my opinion Song, Koscielny, TV5 & Szeszny were the main culprits. What they offer going forward should not detract from their main role which is to prevent the opposition scoring.

I know thisis the most negative way to view their season but they are first and foremost selected to perform a degensive role - defences win titles and we've not won one for years.

Would love if we did get yann M' Vila . Would mean we can use song more as an attacking mid than a defensive mid .
