Not a pen, and if the referee is unsure he shouldn't give it. Changed the game and led to a farce of a sending off. At worst he makes contact with Gabby and the ball at the same time.

I do love people who think a few stills from a video actually prove anything. You can't deduce anything solid from a still photo. Angles can be deceiving etc.

At the end of the day it's a contentious, but fair, decision. You can't be having a tantrum about it being a pen and yellow card. As Imno said, you have every right to feel hard done by for the second yellow.

I believe it's the wrong decision though, so I can talk about it. You have both said it could have gone either way, so you can't get all high and mighty when I criticise the decision.
