Reading the Guardian live blog and if we got the chance to get Falcao on a loan deal it would make much more sense than a permanent deal. As they pointed out he's not exactly young at 29 and has had 3 knee operations in his career. A loan deal with the option of a permanent deal at the end would be the ideal option.

Things can obviously change, but if we do indeed sign no one today will be the day Arsene becomes impossible to defend. There is absolutely no reason to not buy players today. We have 6 senior defenders in the squad. Fucking 6. That is ludicrous, especially when he claimed that he would definitely replace Vermaelen if he left.
