Can confirm that being at Villa Park was good fun. Saw Tony Adams before the match... Legend.
I'm now in Greece so will miss the League Cup match but back in time for the NLD and the CL match v Galatasaray.
Cheerio.

Cheerio. Yep, still jealous  Going to the NLD tomorrow. It'll actually be my first ever home game. I couldn't get tickets to the last game at Highbury but watched it from the pub up the street. I've been to two away games. Man City v Arsenal midweek in May '06 just prior to the last game at Highbury. 3-1 win. Reyes and Ljungberg - can't remember the scorer of the third. Aston Villa last week 3-0. Ozil, Welbeck (first for the club) and the og. NLD tomorrow and then Galatasaray on Wed next week. 4 wins averaging 3 goals a game would be just perfect.

That image is definitely not conclusive. I'd like to see the proper replay system image.

I'd like to have seen the proper replay image system too, but on the live tv coverage the hawk-eye graphic only showed the instance when Lloris actually saved the ball rather then the instance after when it rolled back over the goal-line (or not as it may be).

People keep posting that image as if it's some sort of conclusive proof that it was a goal. Not even close to conclusive and I'd say it actually shows the ball isn't over the line.
As for the game, people must be burning that Özil played out wide and played well  Also it might just be me, but a NLD isn't as fun when there's only 1 team trying to win the game.

jlm8695 wrote:YEAH FLAMINI AGAINST CHELSEA YEAHHHH CHEAP GOALS YEAH Would honestly rather Diaby play or just play Jack and Rambo together. Couldn't be any worse. If we forfeit it's only a 3-0 loss isn't it? EDIT: Realised after I posted this that Rambo went off injured last night. We are so beyond fucked next week  Edited by sydneycroatia58: 28/9/2014 06:34:57 PM

jlm8695 wrote:Have a great time Quiche, insanely jealous! Bring us good luck <3 I did my best... Was looking dicey after going behind but the place erupted with the Ox's equaliser. A winner was probably too much to ask for. Still an undefeated record for games watched. 46 to go to qualify as an invincible! If I knew how to insert pics on 442 from my phone I'd show you the view from my seat (mid-way line 3/4s back looking right into the tunnel). On Weds I will be right next to the away fans behind the goals... the turks are not known for being loud are they...:-$ Gonna be huge! Significantly in the context of the CL campaign a win is a must! Ps - I don't believe that the ball crossed the line. Much as all as I'd nearly started my middle digit salutes to the away end...
