Apparently the injury to özil is wenger's fault for playing him on the Wing and the new fitness coach d's fault . Typical aa blame game

 Was awake last night when the news came through, reaction on twitter was hilarious. The same people who a week ago were saying Özil has to be dropped were the same to go on and on about how we're fucked now
As shit a situation as it is, it doesn't change a whole lot for us imo and won't change where I think we'll finish at the end of the season. Biggest shame is that we have to wait a bit longer now to see Theo, Alexis and Mesut play together.
With Özil out and Theo due back I wouldn't mind seeing Ox, Theo and Alexis play as the 3 behind Welbz.

That being said, our injury situation for the best part of the last decade is just beyond parody now  Right now we have these players out, and yes some will be back for Hull, Ospina, Giroud, Debuchy, Monreal, Arteta, Gnabry, Walcott, Ozil, Diaby, Ramsey, Sanogo Here's a decent unavailable XI

Wilshere MOTM again, 5 chances created and some of the passes were amazing.
Can't wait to see him push on in these next couple of months. Been one of our best this year.

Early in the season I know, but I can't help but think the Hull game is a must win regardless of injuries. We lose/draw and Chelsea win then the lead is unassailable at this point. Fire up Lads! and please please do not concede an early sloppy goal :x

Chelsea will drop some points sometime through the season surely. If the players took that attitude then what is the point of turning up? I always think back to Arsenal clawing back a huge lead from Manchester Utd. 12 wins in a row or something like that. I do believe you guys had recorded your victory song.......

No doubt the players should go out with the right attitude but I think the fans should be a little more realistic.
Arsenal win the league this season, I will leave the forum. You can sig that.

Don't you think that the fans have kind of accepted it though, I mean, it has been years. Not taking the piss about 4th spot because look how far we missed out on it and it's our goal this season but it really is Arsenal's limit in my opinion (with the strength of City and Chelsea and the current Arsenal squad). Again, don't want to make it sound like a real dig but I honestly can't see Arsenal as a real threat to the title. Sure anything can happen (like Liverpool) but I just can't see it. When you look at every team that has won the league, they have had the best team and the best squad. Arsenal just don't have that, City and Chelsea have the best squads.

Would you guys take Vlaar? A lot of Villa fans seem to think he is off in January, you guys and us keep coming up as his most likely move.

As a 3rd choice option I think he'd be great, with a view of getting in someone younger like Van Djik in the window after.

I've never seen Van Dijk, I've heard he's quite good with the ball though. I don't rate Vlaar that highly, particularly not as a ball playing CB, I feel we need someone a bit younger and more skillful. If only we'd managed to pull Sokratis or that Manolas guy who went to Roma and has been good :(

Wele is life, Bellerin and Gibbs were fantastic, Campbell deserves a start and this formation is utter fucking trash.
Also, one of the worst performances I've ever seen form an Arsenal player today from Ox. Just not good enough.

Yet again another good 20 mins and complete shit after that until the last 5 minutes. With Theo coming back Ox had a big chance last night to stake a claim and completely fucked it up.
Sunderland lost 8-0 overnight and we'll probably still struggle to score against them.
