As I said in match day all Gabriel had to do was shut his mouth and walk away. Costa is a grub, we all know that. Gabriel only has himself to blame.

Lucky Arsenal didn't resign Fabregas, he was absolutely terrible. Lucky Arsenal sabotaged themselves or they'd be in the bottom 3

Fabregas can go fuck himself after this. I had a little respect him when he did go to chelski but after this game my respect for him evaporated.

The sooner that scumbag retires and is out of the game the better. Good to see more and more Arsenal fans turning on him.

His passing was erratic and he could have shot several times or played in team mates and turned the other way..... Are you sore over the Carzola 2nd yellow i believe the tackle was on Fabregas? That was a yellow every day of the week.

Then the whole going to Chelsea thing, and the crowding the referee to try and get Gabriel sent off. As for Santi, if that's a yellow than Ivanovic should have had 4 yellows, Oscar probably should have been sent too as well as Costa obviously who didn't commit one foul apparently

Wait a minute I just noticed Gabriel's red was apparently a straight red and not a 2nd yellow. That's some sort of gee up right?

Ivanovic just made a series of fouls spread well enough apart to avoid more than one yellow. I don't really see the argument there? Apparently Gabriel kicked out at a Chelsea player which is why he got the straight red? Didn't see it.

What seemed to happen was Costa stopped walking, Gabriel didn't see this and accidentally trod on his foot. Of course Costa and his Chelsea teammates act as if Costa has been shot. It's actually impressive from Costa. He managed to do 3 or 4 things that on their own are red card offences but managed to only get a yellow.

The worst part about Costa is that he will do the same shit next week and the week after that and get away with it every single time.

Best view I saw for Garbriel's red card was he lifted his leg up like a donkey kick type thing but didn't actually kick out or anything. Think he was trying to bait Costa and he got sprung badly. -PB

Ganriel was stupid, but I absolutely love the fact he's a fucking nutter and is always there for his team mates.
I only just saw that Cazorla was our captain today, you wouldn't have noticed it considering he didn't talk to Gab at all.

-PB Gabriel was baiting Costa, well I've fucking heard it all now. I don't get this 'he should have just walked away' shite. He was an idiot for getting involved in the incident that got him booked in the first place, but after it was over he did just walk away, it was Costa following him the whole time goading him - not the other way round. Sure, he shouldn't have even acknowledged him like he did, but to be fair Gab's not even fucking looking at the cunt when it really kicks off. I don't really have a huge problem with Gab being sent off in the end because I don't know what was said, but the fact that Costa was still on that pitch is an absolute fucking crime against humanity. Gab really should have made the red worth it and went after Costa when he knew he was off. As for Cazorla, fine with that as a second yellow. Don't really remember Ivanovic's shit.

Unlucky gents. I can feel your rage. I was thoroughly enjoying that game until the Costa incident, and was in a pretty dark mood by the end of it. I absolutely hate Chelsea, Costa, and mourinho...!
For me Costa probably should've had one straight red and three yellows. Ivanovic really only committed one yellow card offence but probably should've had two just based on number of fouls committed.
Santis second yellow was totally deserved imo and I don't think you'll get much sympathy on that one. It was studs up and would have been painful to cesc.
Gabriel... I honestly don't know what he did but the ref appears to have had a much better view than any tv camera. Even if he did kick out it was maybe a straight red there but also a second yellow for Costa imo. It was a lost opportunity. If your going to get sent off for taking on Costa at least make sure you leave him on a stretcher for it or get him red carded also...
Hopefully the high profile nature of this incident sees Costas reputation in the eyes of referees fall to where it should be. He should pay for it in the form of penalties not paid, and future cards awarded. Hopefully it will cost Chelsea points in the future... Would also like to see him retrospectively banned for the attacks on the face of koscielny.
Of course none of that helps Arsenal who were taking on the game and deserved better for it.

The fact gabs kept on shows he doesnt take shit from anyone. We need those kinds of players . Costa cant hack it when a player doesnt back down to his bully boy tactics. I wish a ref had the balls to send him off and remind him and jose to get costa to clean up his act or he will be sent off more often than not

Yeah I should have been clear, I'm not saying Santi shouldn't have been sent off, it was a stupid fucking challenge when already on a yellow, but that happens when you're chasing the game and desperate to get the ball back.
My problem was with the lack of consistency in terms of fouls for other players. I mean look at Koscielny, cynically hacks Hazard on the edge of the box and doesn't even get a yellow, yet Santi gets a yellow card for Pedro diving. For his first yellow that is. Then there's Ivanovic who does the same shit every week, makes foul after foul after foul after foul and gets away with it.

I can only hope Santi's tackle was painful to Cesc. As for Mike Dean having a better view than any TV camera, you're right he would, and that's why he only sent off Gabriel with advice from his 4th assistant 30 yards away even though he's looking right at the incident no more than 2 feet away.
